Information we collect
Watermelon Man Studio does not require an account to use FrameCut and does not directly collect the videos you edit. If you contact us for support, we receive the information you choose to include in your message, such as your email address and details about your question or issue.
FrameCut does not currently use a separate analytics or crash-reporting service. If that changes, this policy will be updated before or when the service is introduced.
Video and media files
FrameCut processes video and media files locally on your device to provide editing features. Your files are not uploaded to Watermelon Man Studio servers. FrameCut may need permission to access media you select and to save exported files; you can manage app permissions in your Android device settings.
Advertising
FrameCut is planned to offer rewarded ads through Google AdMob, using the Google Mobile Ads SDK. When advertising is available, Google and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, approximate location, ad interactions, and other information described in Google's policies. This processing is performed by Google and its advertising partners, not by Watermelon Man Studio's own servers.
Your available advertising choices may depend on your device settings, region, age, and any consent options shown in the app.
Third-party services
FrameCut may use Google Play services and Google Mobile Ads. These services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising information.
Data retention
Because Watermelon Man Studio does not receive your video or media files, we do not retain them on our servers. Support emails may be kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain support records, and protect the studio's legitimate interests. Third-party providers determine retention for data they process under their own policies.
Children
FrameCut is not designed to ask children for personal information. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has sent personal information to Watermelon Man Studio through support, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, delete it. Advertising behavior may vary according to the app's final audience settings and applicable requirements.
Security
We use reasonable measures appropriate to a small software studio to protect information we receive. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Keeping video processing on your device limits the media data sent to us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when FrameCut's features, service providers, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
